At Flores Home, we understand that moving into a care setting is a big change—for both the resident and the people who love them. Every person comes with their own routines, preferences, memories, and way of living. As a small, family-run home, we take the time to know each resident personally and provide care with patience, kindness, and attention.
While we cannot replace the home they have known, we can make each day feel more comfortable, familiar, and personal. We listen, adapt, and pay attention to the little things that help each resident feel respected, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Our Team
Choosing the right place for a loved one can bring many questions and uncertainties. We understand how important it is to know that the people providing their daily care are capable, prepared, and trustworthy.
Flores Home is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and supported by a family member with years of hands-on experience in elderly care.
Our caregivers comply with State of Nevada training requirements and participate in ongoing education throughout the year. Beyond training, we value the qualities that matter just as much in everyday care—patience, attentiveness, reliability, and genuine respect for the people we serve.
Comfortable Living Spaces
We believe a well-kept living space makes a meaningful difference in everyday life. Bedrooms are cleaned daily and as needed, linens are changed regularly, and shared areas are attended to throughout the day. We pay close attention to the details that help keep our surroundings clean, orderly, and pleasant for everyone who lives here.
Home-Cooked Meals
Good food can make an ordinary day feel a little more special. We serve three home-cooked meals each day, along with snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Meals are prepared with residents’ dietary needs in mind, with familiar and enjoyable options served throughout the week.
Our goal is simple: to make mealtimes pleasant, satisfying, and something residents can look forward to.
24-Hour Supervised Care
Our staff are available day and night to provide supervision and assistance whenever it is needed. Whether helping with daily routines, responding to a call for help, or simply offering reassurance during the night, residents can feel secure knowing someone is always nearby. For families, that means added peace of mind knowing their loved one is not left without assistance.
